Being a Member Services Representative provides available information upon request and researches or escalates issues as appropriate. Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities:
Most of our members across the United States have their own practices, so we’re their professional lifeline! Our member service department handles all aspects of member support, including but not limited to:
· Answering phones and responding to member calls and emails
· Data entry and processing of membership applications and renewals
· Verification of training/license credentials
· Troubleshooting member website and email account issues
· Maintaining data integrity in the membership database (netForum)
· Successfully leaving note audit trails on all files

Compensation
· Competitive compensation for this full-time, nonexempt position is $22/hour.
The $22/hour pay for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
