Us: We are Professional Assist Corporation (PAC), a group of membership associations based in Genesee, Colorado. Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) is the leading professional association for massage therapists and bodyworkers in the United States, offering our members benefits and liability insurance to help them be more successful in their careers. Where: PAC is situated in the foothills west of Golden, Colorado, in Genesee. We have a beautiful view of the spectacular Colorado high country. Tuesday through Thursday we work in our office; Mondays and Fridays we have the option to work from home.

Responsibilities:
Most of our members across the United States have their own practices, so we’re their professional lifeline! Our member service department handles all aspects of member support, including but not limited to:

· Answering phones and responding to member calls and emails

· Data entry and processing of membership applications and renewals

· Verification of training/license credentials

· Troubleshooting member website and email account issues

· Maintaining data integrity in the membership database (netForum)

· Successfully leaving note audit trails on all files

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience providing customer service by phone

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent phone skills and email etiquette

• Attention to detail

• Open attitude toward changes in environment and procedures

• Comfort with and experience using computers and web-based programs; experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Personal commitment to individual and team performance

• Ability to communicate clearly about PAC member benefits

Compensation

· Competitive compensation for this full-time, nonexempt position is $22/hour.

The $22/hour pay for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
