Responsible for receiving, responding to, and directing member phone calls, or written questions. Being a Member Services Representative provides available information upon request and researches or escalates issues as appropriate. Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Additionally, Member Services Representative requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Member Services Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Heritage Acceptance is looking to add to our Client Services / Collections Team. In this role, you will assist customers with their automobile loans. This includes discussing arrangements on delinquent accounts, collecting payments, communicating with customers via phone/text/email, skiptracing/investigating, and working collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Able to multi-task to ensure goals and deadlines are met
- Positive attitude, driven to succeed, and customer service oriented
- No Collections experience required. If you are willing to learn, we are wiling to train!
