Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus benefits (health, dental & vision insurance, 15 days PTO, 401(k) program with an employer match, and more)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: 1250 South Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL 33324

• Responding to member questions and requests via phone and email
• Answer member benefit coverage questions
• Partner with other departments to verify member requests regarding claims, payments, enrollment, and transport needs
• Notate member accounts to ensure information is up-to-date
• Assist with member fulfillment requests as needed
• Maintain knowledge of current department standards and processes

Requirements

• 2 years of work experience providing phone-based customer service
• Data entry and computer skills
• Clear and respectful phone presence
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the office each working day
• Bilingual (Spanish as a first language is highly preferred)
