The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the work of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in a unique, 24 hour individualized community based apartment setting. Responsible for guiding and supporting two participants with a focus on self-determination, choice and decision making as they learn to direct and manage their own services. Assisting them to build independence in all aspects of home and community living including being an active member of their local community and a responsible tenant and neighbor.
