```Duties```
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facility. Your primary duties will include:

- Supervising and managing a team of security personnel
- Ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel
- Conducting regular patrols to monitor for any suspicious activities
- Responding to incidents and emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Training and mentoring security staff
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of incidents

```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Experience in loss prevention and conflict management
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
