We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in project management and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance
- Oversee equipment installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, low voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership
