JOB PURPOSE
The Supervisor helps develop the plan in managing aircraft flow in collaboration with the Project Manager and through coordination with the Director of Maintenance of the facility. The workload is to be coordinated with the Project Managers, Shift Managers, Department Managers, as well as the assigned Supervisors and Leads in the various skills assigned to the project to ensure a smooth transition between shifts. The Supervisor will make sure that all personnel carry out their respective duties in full accordance with company policies and procedures and in full compliance with FAA/EASA regulations.
The Supervisor’s responsibility extends to quality, financial results, safety, and on-time delivery of the project. The Supervisor must be adequately versed in all aspects of the projects(s) to properly review man hours and explain any discrepancies which the customer may have. The Supervisor must attend all required meetings and brief on the progress of their projects, and results of latest customer meetings. Any constraints that affect the schedule of the project must be reviewed with the Project Manager.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time. Requires occasional bending, climbing, stooping, or squatting. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Work Location: Aircraft maintenance hangar, maintenance offices, and flight-line.
Protective Equipment Required: Ear protection.
Potential Hazards: Exposure to high intensity noise levels, extreme changes in temperature, materials identified on Safety Data Sheets, working around moving machinery.

Experience: Three to Five years of aircraft maintenance experience on commercial aircraft. Additionally, must have 1 year of experience in leading/managing employees.
Certificates/Licenses: FAA Airframe, or A&P Certificate, along with a Valid driver’s license required.
Other: May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
