Membership Assistant responds to member inquiries regarding membership, educational programs, events, publications, billing, or other problems using a phone, e-mail, or chat format. Processes subscriptions, membership applications, or member data changes. Being a Membership Assistant directs members to the resources to answer questions or provide requested information. Documents inquiries and interactions using a ticketing or customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, Membership Assistant may draft correspondence and promotional communications or conduct outreach calling to solicit new members or promote events. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Assistant works under moderate supervision.     We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all communication from clients and tenants in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, marketing, and assisting the property manager and sales manager with various tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication and grammar skills, able to multi task in a busy office setting, prioritize daily tasks and see all tasks through to completion, and process customer service skills.     Responsibilities
    • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
    • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
    • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

    • Assist the property manager and sales manager with various tasks
    Qualifications
    • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
    • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
    • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
    Compensation
    $13.50 - $17.00 hourly
