As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall car wash experience for our clients while maximizing revenue through membership sales and wash upgrades. Responsibilities: Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell car wash memberships to customers. Educate customers on the benefits of membership, including cost savings, convenience, and exclusive perks. Maintain a thorough understanding of different membership tiers and tailor recommendations based on customer needs. Premium Wash Sales: Upsell top category premium car washes and upgrades to enhance the customer's experience. Provide detailed information on available premium washes, ensuring customers are aware of the value-added services to get their car the cleanest. Demonstrate a proactive approach to suggesting premium washes and thoroughly execute the 5-step sales process. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable wash packages and upgrades. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately. Provide receipts and ensure customers are informed about payment details. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the car wash area clean and organized. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role — especially retail or door to door sales. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
