Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Business Development Director to drive growth and enhance the market presence of our concierge pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pediatric healthcare and concierge medicine, possess a deep understanding of business development strategies, and have a proven track record of achieving ambitious growth targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and implementing initiatives to expand our practice's reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our practice's services and unique offerings.
• Oversee all aspects of VIP member journey and serve as the primary point-of-contact for all membership coordination efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Analyze market trends to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate Marketing and Social Media posts/calendar
• Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and foster partnerships.
• Develop and manage partnerships with insurance providers, employers, and other entities to expand access to our services.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and business development activities to measure success and inform future strategies.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, working mainly out of our Palm Beach Gardens office, with ability to travel up to 50% (locally) for networking, site visit opportunities, and to our Boca Raton Headquarters location

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in pediatric healthcare or related fields.
• 5 Star Level of Hospitality
• Strong understanding of concierge medicine/direct primary care market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies to drive growth and achieve objectives.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
