What You'll Do:

• Resident-Centered Care: Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing personalized, dignified, and holistic care that enhances their well-being and quality of life. We believe in fostering meaningful connections with our residents, valuing their unique life stories, preferences, and needs.
• Manage the Crew: You'll be the head honcho for our nursing and resident assistant team, making sure everyone's on the same page and doing their best.
• Team Collaboration: As the Wellness Director, you will be a key collaborator with other department heads to ensure comprehensive care for our residents. We value teamwork and collaboration among all our staff members. Together, we create a supportive and inclusive work environment where every team member's contribution is respected and appreciated.
• Healthcare Maven: Team up with doctors and other healthcare pros to give our residents the best care ever. Take care of things like medications and wound care.

What you bring:

• Management Experience: Demonstrate minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience within a nursing department.
• Healthcare Education: must possess both a Bachelor's degree and an active LPN license
• Hands on Experience: Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus
• Commitment to Resident Care: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care that promotes residents' well-being and dignity.
• Regulations Enthusiast: Possess a deep understanding of federal, state, and local regulations and standards related to assisted living and healthcare, ensuring compliance in all aspects of nursing care.

Physical Demands:
