This candidate should also enjoy working out, fitness AND sales and is interested in a Sales and Membership Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but aren't sure how or where to start. In this position, this Membership Consultants will help us convert prospects to members, set appointments to get people into our club, work with them to get on a membership that fits their needs and help them understand how personal training plans can help assist them with their fitness journey.
Our new Membership Consultant will be in charge of managing a balance between incoming prospects, new leads and following up on existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in the door and get them healthy, happy, and members for life as well as helping keep the gym looking clean and running smoothly!
