The Membership and Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the objectives and mission of the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). This position focuses on leading efforts to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (board members, members, Maryland social work schools, community organizations, and other associations) through marketing, communications, operation streamlining, data and social media management, event coordination, and other engagement activities.

This is a hybrid part-time position for 22.5 hours/week. The pay range for the Membership and Engagement Manager position at the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers range starts at $25 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. This position requires time to be worked during core business hours of 7:30am-6:30pm. Some evenings and weekends are required for specialized meetings, conferences and events.
