Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Associate. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them about the benefits of our membership program
- Utilize your sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our memberships and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our membership program
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure a visually appealing sales floor

Sales Representative will be responsible for actively generating club revenue while developing and working together with sales and front desk staff to build a strong referral base.

The right candidate will be passionate about the health industry, reliable and personable. Looking for someone with Management potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell memberships to walk in customers
• Set appointments through referrals and leads
• Establish corporate membership programs
• General computing and marketing skills
• Light cleaning/organizing
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Maintains professionalism and appearance, when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, Internet surfing, or any other activities that are not work-related
• Other duties as assigned, general club upkeep
• Make shakes, sell product inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
