Membership Manager manages an association or member organization's service operations to expand membership, deliver member satisfaction, and achieve strategic goals. Implements programs and initiatives to engage current members and recruit new ones. Being a Membership Manager follows service operational standards and policies to deliver efficient services to members. Utilizes web or social media processes to promote the organization and distribute membership information to prospective members. Additionally, Membership Manager maintains a database or system using data collection processes, tools, and analysis to measure and report on member satisfaction and retention. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Membership Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Membership Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Outside club marketing plan coordination with Fitness/PT Teams together
Lead the team to build Corporate Wellness relationships
SALES LEADER/MANAGER
Strong Management experience/performance driven
Drive Fitness VCLASS & PT Teams Success Reports/Shows production to hit/exceed goals
Hit club bonus to highest level over 100%
Build EFT to exceed FEB 2020 EFT billing/increase monthly reviewing 1/3/6/12 month trends
Understand DSR/QSR categories/#'s/trends
Set new daily/monthly adjusted unit/EFT goals
Lead by example running the Esporta sales process
Train Fitness Directors/Personal Training Managers and staff to follow/represent Esporta Culture & Sales process/chart
Help train front desk operations staff to enter guest info/TI info/data and handoff/transfer to Fitness staff
Keep Fitness & PT leaders and playbooks organized
Can present/sell PT
TO all tours/PT presentations when available
Sales training daily
Ensure effective ASP
Take full accountability for the club

Pay: $48,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
