Job Title: Gold's Gym Fitness Consultant Membership Specialist

Job Description:
Gold's Gym is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fitness Consultant Membership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding potential members through the gym facilities, and assisting them in becoming part of the Gold's Gym community.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct gym tours for prospective members, showcasing the facilities and amenities.
2. Schedule new member orientations with personal trainers to introduce them to fitness programs and equipment.
3. Follow up with leads and potential members to provide information, address inquiries, and encourage membership enrollment.
4. Perform outbound lead calls to generate interest and promote membership benefits.
5. Assist in membership sales by explaining membership options, benefits, and promotions.
6. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the gym to enhance the member experience.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve membership targets and goals.
8. Stay updated on fitness trends, programs, and services offered by Gold's Gym to provide accurate information to members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with potential members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and programs is a plus.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Job Requirements:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4 pm-8 pm, Saturday 8 am-1 pm
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.
