MEMBER SERVICES ADVISOR

POSITION SUMMARY:
This Member Services Advisor is responsible for assisting new and existing members. Duties include signing up new members, providing facility tours, handle prospect inquiries, and administrative duties, as well as work with team to achieve the monthly sales goal. This position will handle existing member services such as member inquiries, leave of absences (freezes) and/or cancels. This position will also work as 2nd service desk staff member during peak hours. It is an integral part of the associate on duty rotation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Must possess computer knowledge, math skills, and customer service skills
Required length of experience:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service preferably in a fitness center. Functional computer skills required – MS Office, internet, and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a productive environment.
The person must also possess strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Required licensure, certification, and/or registry:
CPR certification, or, arrangements to be certified within six months of employment.
