The position exists to provide quality service to SCWA members. SCWA’s foundation and strength comes from developing and maintaining a strong membership base. The position provides accurate and timely membership information and services to members, volunteers and staff.
Impact
This position has a direct impact on chapter performance, data retention, as well as membership revenues and growth. Maintenance of accurate membership and other donor data is vital to SCWA’s outreach.
