Men's Athletics Director jobs in Battle Creek, MI
Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Serving in Men's Shelter Dorm.
Maintain constant communication while on shift with other shelter staff as needed.
Incorporate Biblical principles into interactions with guests and other staff that build positive and productive relationship
Maintain a loving and peaceful environment.
Assist guests with basic needs while on their shift.
Invest time in guests lives that will encourage positive growth both at the mission and in their future.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Possess and promote and drug and nicotine free lifestyle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
