Integrity Athletics (www.integritygym.com), one of the leading youth athletic facilities in Central Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service. This person will be a vital member of our team! The ideal person is energetic, creative, organized, and excited to be part of a team. The duties and responsibilities associated with the role are including, but are not limited to the following:

• Provides a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients
• Shares information in an informative and friendly manner with clients regarding all services offered
• Assists clients with registration and payments. Assists Service Line Directors with class management systems and accounts
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Drive revenue for all programs in the company through interactions with clients

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills are necessary
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Sales Experience is highly desirable

Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft & Google systems is required
• Experience & efficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) or account management systems is preferred but not required
• Strong focus on customer service and strong communication skills with clients and other staff
• Schedule: M-Thurs 3:30-8:30pm, Friday 3:30-7:30pm and Saturday Morning 8:45-12:00pm. Additional hours available.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
