Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Core Responsibilities & Expectations

    - Benefit from Gold Athletics in-depth Sports Fundraising training and mentorship program designed for those new to the industry.

    - Seek out and form lasting relationships with athletic coaches and team leaders

    - Drive team sales through motivational empowerment and incentives.

    - Run fundraising campaigns with groups of 15-100 student-athletes

    - Event attendance and coverage at golf tournaments, trade shows, coaching clinics, networking events, etc.

    - Regular team building and networking events

    Qualifications & Skills

    - Must be self-motivated and have a desire to make impactful contributions to our team.

    - Must have a flexible year-round schedule to accommodate sports and coaching seasons.

    - Must be a proficient multi-tasker with supreme organization skills.

    - Must be technologically proficient. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM is highly preferred.

    - Passion for sports/coaching/athletics is a plus

    Salary: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
