Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities

    • Make a positive first impression - Smile, handshake, let the customer know what to expect
    • Do a walk-through of the area
    • Communicate the game plan clearly with the customer and your partner
    • Safely pack, move, and unpack the customer's belongings
    • Help out with truck inspections and equipment inventory
    • Complete the move paperwork and customer payment
    • Check in with the office
    • End the day on a great note!
    • Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, operations, fleet or warehouse helpful

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record
    • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Professional attitude and demeanor
    • Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, operations, fleet or warehouse helpful
    • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
