Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding gymnastics skills to students of various ages and skill levels.     Duties:
    - Develop and implement gymnastics lesson plans based on the skill level and age of the students
    - Instruct students on proper techniques, form, and safety measures in gymnastics
    - Provide demonstrations and hands-on guidance to help students improve their skills
    - Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
    - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
    - Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure smooth operations of the gymnastics program
    - Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and maintaining a clean and organized gym area

    Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
    - Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
    - Ability to manage behavior effectively in a group setting
    - Experience in other sports such as cheerleading, swimming, judo, karate, basketball, etc., is beneficial
    - Previous experience working with children or teaching physical education is preferred

    This position is a part-time role with flexible hours.
