Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The Coordinator of Athletics Video and Multimedia Content will be in charge game day productions including live stream, music, game scripts, videoboard and scoreboard oversight, and other multimedia projects for BHSU Athletics as well as providing assistance with the Athletic Communications Department in strategic execution of the Athletics overall communications plan and strategy including website management and support for Athletics fundraising efforts for the Yellow Jacket Foundation and the Yellow Jacket Club.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
    • 1-3 years related experience.


    COMMENTS:
    This is a full-time, 12-month appointment.
