- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Plan, organize, and lead various recreational activities/games
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
- Assist with meal times, ensuring campers are following proper nutrition guidelines
- Collaborate with Directors to create a cohesive and engaging camp experience
- Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and behavior
```Experience:```
- Experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Background in camp counseling
- Sports coaching experience is an asset
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is advantageous
- Understanding of childhood development stages and principles is desirable
- First aid certification is required
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial
- Education or coursework in early childhood education is advantageous
