Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. This posting is made to establish a pool of qualified applicants for the Fall 2023-2024 academic year for the Men's Soccer Volunteer Assistant Coach position. This position is for those who seek to take their first step into the collegiate coaching game.
Responsibilities
- Assist Head and Assistant Coach in planning and implementing training sessions from M-F in the afternoons from 12:30PM - 2PM. August 1st to Mid-Late October.
Game commitment not required but appreciated.

Requirements
Previous playing experience.
Previous youth coaching experience.
U.S D License preferred but not required.
