**Requirements:**
- 2 years of gym membership and personal training sales preferred
- Certification in Personal Training is highly recommended
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions
- Experience in training development
- Proficiency in conducting interviews for client assessments
- Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions
- Strong administrative skills for record keeping
- Understanding of store management principles for gym operations
