**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Growth of revenue and profit margins

- The ability to generate sales from hot leads as well as warm leads

- Is willing to go out and generate new business from local community

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels

- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities

- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition

- Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness journey

- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

**Requirements:**

- 2 years of gym membership and personal training sales preferred

- Certification in Personal Training is highly recommended

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions

- Experience in training development

- Proficiency in conducting interviews for client assessments

- Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules effectively

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions

- Strong administrative skills for record keeping

- Understanding of store management principles for gym operations

- Familiarity with sales management techniques to promote services

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
