Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

We are seeking an experienced LMHC to join us part-time, with the opportunity to build a full-time caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain a quiet and well-equipped home office with reliable internet, phone, and video access.
• Make appropriate referrals based on clinical judgment.
• Complete and maintain required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical, and legal standards.
• Prioritize self-care, healthy boundaries, and personal and professional growth.
• Maintain active licensure and malpractice insurance in NYS.

Requirements:

• Current NYS LMHC license
• Experience providing virtual counseling services.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to client well-being.
• Reliable home office setup with internet, phone, and video capabilities.
• Ability to work 3-9pm and/or weekends
• Works with children ages 5 , couples, and families
