Mental Health Licensed Outpatient Therapist- Lancaster

The Challenge, in a nutshell:

• Conduct initial intake assessments
• Create and develop effective diagnosis, treatment and discharge plans
• Provide outpatient therapy in a clinical setting
• Complete timely clinical documentation using Electronic Medical Record system
• Maintain timely documentation of services provided in accordance with licensure and agency requirements

What you need to be SUCCESSFUL in the Outpatient Therapist CHALLENGE:

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive change in someone's life

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications
• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, FBI Clearance
• Master's degree in psychology or social work
• Professional Licensure (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT)
