Merchandise Allocator allocates merchandise to stores according to warehouse and store inventory levels. Will assist stores with merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs. Being a Merchandise Allocator may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Merchandise Allocator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Jump Design Group is looking for the perfect candidate to join our thriving business. This is an in-office position. Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) experience and Bilingual is a plus.
Duties Include:
1. allocation - create pick tickets for all edi and non-edi drop ship customers and process from start to finish daily. Manage specialty customer orders by stock availability, adjustments, etc.
2. (back up) receiving domestic and imports daily to meet cancel dates
3. manage inventory updates, cycle counts, transfers, etc
4. (back-up) order entry
5. Sample coordinator for daily orders
Need someone with a good attitude and can multitask and work well under pressure.
Understands priorities.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday from 730am to 4pm
