As a Buyer's Assistant, you will assist buyers with inventory inbound maintenance and management, service level troubleshooting, and support various tasks with buyers, vendors, transportation, and warehouses.

Job Description

• Full Time, On-Site Role

• Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

You will contribute by:

• Managing purchase orders: Handling revisions, expedites, dating, appointment scheduling, and regular follow-ups until orders are received.

• Reviewing and responding to emails related to purchase orders, inventory management, and resolving impaired inventory issues from buyers, vendors, and warehouses.

• Overseeing return logistics: Completing R-Bills, collaborating with buyers and external parties to manage returns/disposition of impaired inventories.

• Generating various Procurement reports: Compiling, organizing, and distributing data.

• Participating in projects related to service level and inventory management as assigned by supervisors.

• Assisting with start-up related tasks when required by the department Manager.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and sometimes stressful atmosphere.

Environment:

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
