We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to order materials, supplies and equipment for our company’s needs, you will be given requisition paperwork to order from. This will involve creating purchase orders (POs), processing corresponding paperwork, reconciling invoices against POs and turning them into accounting for payment. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any purchasing issues and support the purchasing manager and accountant in various administrative tasks. Experience working as in purchasing is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and social skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, are needed. This person also must be able to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 25 lbs. You should be able to keep yourself organized.
We make custom casework, cabinetry and countertops, everything is custom made here in Davenport. Our customers are General Contractors as well as businesses and business owners, typical in the medical or financial industry.
You will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening that we will arrange prior to employment.
Pay is based on your experience and skills.
