Some of the tasks you need to be able to learn to perform:

• Order Entry and Sales Order Administration
• Help Answer and Delegate Emails
• Help Answer and Forward Phone Calls
• Maintain and Order Office, Sales, and Marketing Supplies
• Payables and Receivables Data Entry
• Sales Admin Assistant Duties
• Sales Trip Planning, Book Calls, Hotels, Flights, etc.
• Sales Data Entry, Sales Research, Contact Leads
• Research and Creates Presentations, Generate reports
• Develop and Update Administrative Systems for Efficiency

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be eighteen years or older
• Strong English writing skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be mobile; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
