· Purchasing materials and supplies required for production.
· Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
· Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
· Analyzing market trends to determine the most competitive prices.
· Negotiating with suppliers to secure better prices and terms.
· Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
· Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock levels.
· Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
· Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, vendors, and suppliers
· Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar position preferred
· Computer expertise including Outlook and Excel proficiency
· Must be able to understand and perform written and verbal instructions in English
· Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
· Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company
· An understanding of purchase order software platforms
· Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
· Ability to work with a team
· Strong mathematical skills are required
