Isolatek International, is looking for a full-time 2nd shift General Service Laborer at our Stanhope, NJ location.
The General Service Laborer is an entry level manufacturing position that packs, loads, unloads, and moves material within or near the manufacturing facility.
Shift hours are 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. and the pay rate is $21.90 - $22.75. OT is available
Responsibilities:
• Read work orders and follow oral instruction to load and/or store raw materials and finished goods
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets—approx. 55 lb. bags
• Load and unload materials into or from vehicles
• Train for and maintain certification as a forklift operator
• Perform pre/post operating inspection of forklift truck
• Count and record the number of bags produced
• Submit all loading sheets and production reports to the supervisor upon completion of shift
• Clean work area, machines, and equipment
• Participate on 5s teams
• Fill in on production line when required
Experience: 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Education: High School diploma
