What You've Accomplished

You have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline strongly preferred; comparable experience in lieu of degree may also be considered. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a closely related role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of a project team dedicated to upgrade our site to be ready deliver new type of nuclear fuels and participate to make a difference for our customers. As a Buyer located in Richland, you will be part of the Fuel Business Unit purchasing team. Your work will include supporting CAPEX projects and coordinating well in advance with project managers to implement appropriate commodity/supply strategies; developing and enhancing mutually beneficial supply chain relationships to ensure timely and competitive quotes; participating as key member of Cross Functional Teams (CFT) in supplier relationship activities such as selection, rationalization, development, performance measurement and recognition; gathering and reporting metrics to assess effectiveness of procurement operations. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Discover Richland:

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $81,000 - $105,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
