Merchandise Planner - Bakery develops strategies and techniques to increase sales of baked goods. Analyzes department profits and profit margins of individual items. Being a Merchandise Planner - Bakery controls ordering, inventory, and quality of baked goods. Responsible for increasing business with new and existing customers. Additionally, Merchandise Planner - Bakery may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities:
- Main task for the day is Filling the bakery case and orders. You will be responsible for Icing, powdering, decorating doughnuts. Cutting out doughnuts from dough to fry. Will also assist with icing, baking cookies or other tasks as needed. Everyone is the bakery is responsible for cleaning and dishes throughout the day.
Requirements:
- ability to work midnight shift 12:30-9:30am, varies by day of the week
- Ability to work on your feet all day
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers

Note: Previous experience in a bakery or food service setting is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 1:30 -9am, Friday and Saturday 12:30-8am
