WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are looking for a Global Merchandise Planner to manage our global go-to-market calendar, build and manage roadmap files across all divisions, as well as analyze booking data to make recommendation for better business decisions.

• Manage Global go-to-market calendar
• Generate historical seasonal reports by division, label, category, style, and sku level 
• Build pre-season roadmap files using history to strategize style/sku counts and profitability that align with financial targets
• Coordinate with regional sales and finance teams to align product planning, margin targets, and revenue plans from roadmap through line close
• Consolidate global bookings and review seasonal buying strategy to recap wins and opportunities
• Recap product flow, seasonal order buy dates, and bookings to recommend optimal alignment between product offering and need

• Analyze historical sell in and sell out numbers to make the best decisions for future assortment needs.

• Create and maintain seasonal demand forecast models based on statistical forecasts 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandise, Sales, Development, Production and Brand 
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• 2 years of related professional experience in merchandise, demand planning, forecasting 
• Strong analytical and communication skills 
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities required 
• Excellent Excel skills a must (SUM-IF’s, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF-formulas, etc.)
• Full Circle experience a plus 
• Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margins, etc. required
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for this position

• This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $75,000 -  $90,000. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
