Merchandise Planner - Bakery develops strategies and techniques to increase sales of baked goods. Analyzes department profits and profit margins of individual items. Being a Merchandise Planner - Bakery controls ordering, inventory, and quality of baked goods. Responsible for increasing business with new and existing customers. Additionally, Merchandise Planner - Bakery may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Make up to $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. ($15.25 base pay p/hr tips)
Overtime pay at $22.50 per hour.Full time/part time positions available. Overtime pay available. Paid time off available after training. We are willing to train people to work in a pastry shop and help train people in baking if wanted. Learn how to write on cakes and decorate, but it is not necessary to take the position. We have shifts 8am-2pm, 12pm-6pm, 2pm-8pm, 8am-4pm, and 4pm-8pm. Have fun and learn about pastries and talking to customers. Job consist of serving pastries and coffee and cleaning your work area.
