Nick Sons Bakery LLC is a growing bakery that has locations in Brooklyn, NY and Spring Lake, NJ. We make artisanal sourdough breads and a variety of pastries. We have been recognized as having the best croissant in NYC.

Nick Sons Bakery is looking for a team oriented, positive individual to join our team.

Applicants should be experienced in either high quality bread and pastry production or baking. If the right candidate is lacking bakery experience, we are happy to train individuals with other, relevant food service experience. Some of our most talented and productive employees had never baked or made dough prior to joining our team, so we don't mind teaching the right candidate. We are offering a very competitive hourly wage and compensation will include a share of the weekly tip pool.

Requirements:

NJ food handlers license.

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Basic math skills required for following recipes

Ability to follow directions and procedures

Strong communication skills

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Full or part time positions available, weekends a must.

Early starts, Wednesday - Sunday

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Baking or Bread production: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
