Job description
Ralph Brennan Bakery is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about baking and have a keen eye for detail. As a member of our Cake/Chocolate team, you will have the opportunity to work for a top-tier bakery in New Orleans and work with the freshest and finest ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning cakes and chocolates.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with team members to create high-quality cakes and chocolates.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Continuously learn and improve baking skills through training and feedback.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a baking or pastry environment is required.
- Must have a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
