We are looking for someone who has Food Industry & Sales experience that is able to manage accounts supporting Boar’s Head Brand Food Products. This job has a frequent change of scenery and requires the ability to lead by example supporting our go to market strategy. Extensive training for this position is offered and there is opportunity to grow.
Our accounts are spread throughout the metro area and you would be joining a Team to help support this initiative. SUMMARY: Manages and expands business relationships with established clients; Executes strategy, sales plan, and forecasts for continued business development, and account management.
This position requires travel to our customer’s establishments. Some weekend work may be required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages consistent growth within particular client base, measured against our current go to market strategy.
· Maintains client relations through set meetings and reliable execution.
· Accurately monitors product inventories and creates purchase orders with store / retailer team.
· Understands and successfully executes the company’s value of services by analyzing existing and anticipated client needs.
· Reports on any inconsistencies of operational support.
· Provides weekly updates to management and monthly team summary.
· Promotes company endorsed programs and services.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent.
· Well-developed account management skills.
· Working knowledge of industry product information.
