Merchandise Planner - Produce develops strategies and techniques to increase sales of produce. Analyzes department profits and profit margins of individual items. Being a Merchandise Planner - Produce controls ordering, inventory, and quality of produce. Responsible for increasing business with new and existing customers. *Stocking shelves and displays with fresh produce. *Setting up and updating pricing displays and specials. *Ordering and organizing produce inventory. *Cleaning and maintaining the produce department. *Helping customers with questions and locating products.
Qualifications

*Excellent knowledge of produce! *Excellent customer service. *Ability to lift boxes of up to 50 pounds. *Basic math skills *Comfortable working in cold environment. *Ability to make displays. *Putting together produce ads and promotions. *Basic POS skills.
