Merchandise Planner - Produce jobs in Olive Branch, MS

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Aid the Supervisor or other Management personnel and perform special projects as assigned
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Perform all job functions while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Some college preferred
- AP experience preferred
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Knowledge and understanding of standard accounts payable procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Demonstrates problem solving and decision making, accountability, responsibility, communication, collaboration, teamwork, and customer focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
