Experience in understanding client business needs and converting them into business requirements in Pharma & Healthcare.
Connect & discuss with clients, understand their business needs, and convert them into business requirements and functional requirements.
Closely work with the development and testing teams to clarify the questions about the requirements.
Work closely with the IT Leads of the client and business colleagues in the design, build and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects across multiple clients and therapy areas, including,
Designing and leading planning workshops between Client and our external partners
Clarity of the problem statement and the assumptions to test through the PoC project
Identification and understanding of the target customer/patient
Qualification:
bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of related pharmaceutical or healthcare experience required, along with experience working in requirements collection and designs.
Preferred specialist knowledge in Software for patient Services, Pharma, and HCP workflows.
Executive presence: ability to gain credibility with all levels of management; skills to craft and deliver presentations to, and obtain agreement from, senior management on recommendations, ideas, and proposals.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to identify the commercial viability of a project, identify assumptions and then plan how to test those assumptions to de-risk a project.
Stays abreast and incorporates industry trends into requirements if required.
Demonstrated strong cross-functional working skills and was able to deliver stretching results through others in matrix complex working situations, influencing without authority
Proficient skills in navigating a large organization to accomplish results. proven track record in aligning project outcomes with stakeholder's expectations and standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and solid analytical skills, with careful attention to detail.
Extensive proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
