Redline Automotive Merchandising, a leader in automotive digital marketing solutions, is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to enhance our growing team. 

Role Overview: As a Regional Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to exceed our key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll lead a team of Merchandising Specialists, fostering their professional growth, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the board, and ensuring we service our clients efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about coaching, data analysis, achieving operational excellence, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandising Specialists, driving performance and productivity.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate employees and foster professional growth, both in-person and virtually.
• Analyze data and reports to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align performance goals with overall business objectives.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, trends, and variances.
• Work with HR and management to address specific employee performance issues through targeted training interventions.
• Cover for Merchandising Specialists in their absence.
• Conduct interviews and Ride-Along's with potential Merchandising Specialist candidates.
• Hold weekly team meetings and participate in strategic discussions with the operations leadership team.
• Undertake additional tasks as determined by management.
