Merchandising Manager - Web develops strategy and manage the execution of online/site merchandising to achieve online marketing and sales goals. Creates and optimizes the product assortments and categories for the online product catalog. Being an Merchandising Manager - Web utilizes analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback and to gain customer insights. Ensures that merchandise plans support key strategic initiatives, launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns and trends. Additionally, Merchandising Manager - Web collaborates on the development of open to buy inventory (OTB) and purchasing plans and budgets. Recommends site and usability enhancements. Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, business or other related field. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Merchandising Manager - Web manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Merchandising Manager - Web typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A successful Retail Merchandising Representative takes the time to build relationships with in-store management, acts as a liaison between client and management, completes all work accurately and in a timely manner. If this describes you, please bring your skills to our company.
In this role you will:
- Work with a variety of in-store products.
- Complete projects such as new item cut-in’s, audits, stocking, inventory and resets
- With most projects, you can set your own schedule. However, we do have resets that are not flexible and you must arrive on a specific date at a set time for those
- Take photos and report your work on company App.
The ideal person will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in retail, merchandising and/or stocking
- Problem solving and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to operate company APP on iOS or Android
- Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Pay: Pay is based on project rates ranging from $12-$15 per hour. If the project allows, the rate will be higher depending on the complexity of the project and client allowances.
