Merchant Card Customer Service Manager jobs in Lincoln, NE

We are seeking an outgoing, and personable leader for a Customer Service Manager position at our 33rd and NE Parkway Russ's Market. In this role you will manage the Front-End, Cashiers, Courtesy Clerks, and Customer Service Supervisors.

Specific Requirements:

• Efficiently handle register transactions while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to supervise cashiering team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Follow directives of the Store Director
• Must be able to supervise independently and with confidence
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety policies

Qualifications:

Previous cash-handling and Retail Management experience preferred. This is a Full-Time position, with flexible scheduling. Must be at least 21 years of age and have some weekend availability.
