Merchant Card Customer Service Manager manages a team of merchant card customer service representatives. Establishes service standards and monitoring processes to identify and resolve performance issues with team or service systems and procedures. Being a Merchant Card Customer Service Manager provides development and training that ensure the team is prepared to provide efficient service. Coordinates with other internal functions to provide any technical or other services that are needed. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Manager recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs and to address new or unmet business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Merchant Card Customer Service Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     Risk Manager (Card)

    The Process Excellence Assessments Program Lead is responsible for leading an inclusive team of associates to conduct and complete the annual plan of Integrated Process Assessments (IPAs), Product Risk Assessments (PRAs). Additionally the program lead will manage and steward process and product risk inventories as well as integrate Business Unit and Divisional Risks through risk aggregation.

    This role will handle all interactions to ensure compliance with standards for IPAs and PRAs. The Assessments Program Lead will manage the team's Readiness, Kick Off, Working Sessions and Close Out activities to ensure on-time plan completion; along with influencing and collaborating with 2nd line advisory partners and partnership with our contractors.The ideal candidate is someone who has strong people leadership, program management, communication and knowledge with the risk management ecosystem.

    A few key knowledge areas for the role include:

    • Understanding risks, risk appetite, mitigation plans and requirements at a deeper level

    • Very strong inclusive people leader

    • Ability to set direction, manage expectations,

    • Influence, lead and motivate a team

    • Strong analytical and reporting, strategic, and interpersonal skills are a must for the role

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification

    • At least 3 years of risk management, audit or compliance experience

    • At least 2 years of people management experience

    • At least 2 years of program management experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 4 years of risk management, legal, audit or compliance experience

    • 3 years of people management experience

    • 3 years of program management experience

    • 2 years of management consulting or risk consulting experience

    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional(CISSP) OR Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
