The Process Excellence Assessments Program Lead is responsible for leading an inclusive team of associates to conduct and complete the annual plan of Integrated Process Assessments (IPAs), Product Risk Assessments (PRAs). Additionally the program lead will manage and steward process and product risk inventories as well as integrate Business Unit and Divisional Risks through risk aggregation.
This role will handle all interactions to ensure compliance with standards for IPAs and PRAs. The Assessments Program Lead will manage the team's Readiness, Kick Off, Working Sessions and Close Out activities to ensure on-time plan completion; along with influencing and collaborating with 2nd line advisory partners and partnership with our contractors.The ideal candidate is someone who has strong people leadership, program management, communication and knowledge with the risk management ecosystem.

3 years of people management experience
3 years of program management experience
2 years of management consulting or risk consulting experience
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional(CISSP) OR Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
