Merchant Card Customer Service Representative jobs in Kansas City, MO

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time customer service representative. Responsibilities include customer follow up in assisting shipping arrangements of their powertrain unit to the correct location and performing initials calls to customers.

□ Ability to communicate with people via email, text, and phone calls.
□ Demonstrate the desire to complete a 40 hour work week (Monday – Friday).
□ Must have reliable transportation.
□ Proven ability to work in a fast pace and team environment.
□ Must show willingness to be trained.
□ Take pride in your work.
□ Must be able to pass a drug screen.
□ Must be dependable and punctual.
□ Ability to follow instructions and listen.
□ Well organized.
□ Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
